Michael has extensive experience in all facets of claims handling, is a certified member of the IAUA, Insurance Appraisal and Umpire Assoc. (CPAU), OSHA 10 Certified and is currently an active multi-state (24) Licensed Public Adjuster (PA). Michael has also worked as a team leader for PASCO Claims Services and earned his (EGA) designation through Travelers/St. Paul Indemnity Co in 2005. Michael has adjusted, appraised or provided expert reports for over 10,000 property and casualty claims for commercial, multi-family and residential under all documented perils. Michael carries multiple IICRC certifications and is a member of the IICRC Corporate Clean Trust. Michael is the elected President of TAPIA (Texas Assoc. of Public Ins. Adjusters) & elected board member of NAPIA (National Association of Public Ins. Adjusters). Specialty training includes Wind/Hail, Fire, Water, Mold-Microbial, Roofing, Emergency Management, Policy Interpretation, Claims Handling and Bad Faith support via testimony.
