Zasha M. Rodriguez, JD

Zasha Rodriguez is a partner with the Goldstein Law Group. She has been an integral part of the Goldstein Law Group since joining the firm in 2011, being promoted to Senior Associate in September 2013 and then Partner in April 2017.

Ms. Rodriguez focuses her practice on civil defense and on the prosecution of insurance fraud claims. In fact, she worked alongside Senior Partner, Frank Goldstein, to obtain the largest fraud related settlement in Allstate Insurance Company’s history.

Ms. Rodriguez has been involved in many projects and cases involving homeowner claims, including the defense of first party property claims. She also conducts pre-suit investigations, and her efforts frequently result in withdrawn claims and voluntary dismissals. Ms. Rodriguez aggressively defends each claim and lawsuit on behalf of her clients.

Prior to joining the Goldstein Law Group, Ms. Rodriguez served as an Assistant Public Defender in the 17th Circuit Court as lead attorney handling first-degree felonies. In February 2010, the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers honored Ms. Rodriguez with the 2009 Hat Trick Award for receiving not guilty verdicts in three felony jury trials in a row.
