Jennifer Ewers is a native Floridian, born and raised in Tampa, Florida. She has been in the insurance industry for 30 years. Soon after graduation, from the Academy of the Holy Names, she began her career, starting her journey at Allstate’s National Claim Service Center taking First Notices of Loss. There she learned valuable skills pertaining to basic customer needs, for auto and homeowners’ claims, which became the catalyst to her 30 years in the industry. While building her career, Jennifer also worked to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources. Of her years of service, she has spent 20 of them refining her knowledge in property claims. For the last five years, she has been developing her leadership talents in claims management, where she is able to mentor others and share her vast amount of knowledge gained throughout the years. Within the last year, she has taken the role of president of the Tampa Bay Claims Association.
