Jonathan Williams, PE is co-founder of Grindley Williams Engineering, a multi-disciplinary engineering firm that supports architects, contractors, building owners and managers, and insurance companies. has 16 years experience performing structural inspections and building design. He has investigated thousands of buildings throughout the southest to determine the cause of structural failure for residential and commercial buildings. His experience also involves every stage of design, from initial development to providing support through completion of construction. Mr. Williams has designed with steel, concrete, aluminum, wood, and heavy timber on projects such as commercial/industrial warehouses, office buildings, master-planned residential developments, churches, condominiums, and government buildings. Other notable experience includes condition assessments and the renovation of existing structures for expansion, rehabilitation, and restoration.
