Rick Tutwiler, PCLS

Tutwiler & Associates Public Adjusters, Inc.

Richard P. "Rick" Tutwiler, P.C.L.S., is the President & CEO of Tutwiler & Associates, a second-generation licensed Public Adjuster. Since entering the insurance claims business in 2005, Rick's unwavering dedication has guided policyholders through complex and large loss perils across 15 States, the Caribbean, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Beyond his leadership at Tutwiler & Associates, Rick actively contributes to industry associations, having been appointed President of the Windstorm Insurance Network (WIND) in 2019, with prior service on the Board since 2012. Recognized with the 7th Annual WIND Presidential Recognition Award in 2016 and holding the esteemed "Fellow" Designation, Rick's involvement extends to roles in the Florida Association of Insurance Adjusters (FAPIA) and the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters (NAPIA). As a Certified Appraiser and Umpire, Rick is a member of the Insurance Appraisal and Umpire Association.

In his community, Rick is a devoted community advocate, serving as a Big Brother for over two decades. A Tampa native, Rick holds a B.A. in Business Management from the University of South Florida and is a graduate of Tampa Jesuit. Outside of his professional pursuits, Rick treasures family, travel, sports, and the outdoors, especially indulging in his passion for sport fishing and boating.
