Jon Pruitt is the founder and President of Addison Riley, LLC. Addison Riley is a full-service construction, design, building envelope testing, appraisal, and forensic building, meterology, and engineering firm that works both sides of the fence for policyholders, contractors, plaintiff attorneys as well as carrier and defense attorneys.

Jon holds credentials and licenses as an All-Lines adjuster, court appointed umpire, appraiser, building/roofing contractor, REALTOR®, and as a property loss and construction defect expert witness across the United States. His ethics and resolute personality give him a clear objective approach to any service he and his team provide. His ability to handle multiple personalities in high stress situations, such as disputes over appraisals, construction defect projects or insurance claims, have earned him great trust by attorneys and adjusters on both sides of the fence in litigation or pre-litigation settlement efforts.
