Eli Marger, Esq

Eli Marger has developed a broad practice representing insurance companies and insureds in a
variety of types of claims. His primary areas of focus are in defense of residential homeowners'
carriers and insureds under commercial automobile or general liability policies. Eli has litigated claims
for breach of contract, business torts, construction defects, and negligence arising from motor vehicle,
premises, and products liability.

Eli graduated with a Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem,
North Carolina. At Wake Forest, he served as managing editor of the Wake Forest Journal of Business
and Intellectual Property Law, served as a research assistant to two professors, and interned with a
federal judge, federal agency, and an international law firm. He received a bachelor's degree from the
University of Florida.
