Robin is a licensed engineer specializing in existing structures, forensic assessments, and the codes and standards which govern our built environment. With 15 years of experience studying and evaluating the performance of existing buildings throughout the state of Florida, she has assessed thousands of structures for damage or defects. Robin holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in civil/structural engineering. She served as past Chairman of ASTM Subcommittee E58.06 on Forensic Structural Engineering and the Education Committee for the National Academy of Forensic Engineers. She serves as an active Structures Specialist (StS) for Florida US&R Task Force 3.
