Todd Brant currently serves as the Vice President of Litigation for Universal Property and Casualty Insurance Company based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

While Universal is based in Florida, the Company’s geographic footprint includes policies in Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia.

As the Vice President of Litigation, Mr. Brant is responsible for the strategic oversight and management of the company’s litigation. Prior to assuming his current role in 2021, he served as Executive General Counsel for Universal starting in 2013.

A Florida native, Mr. Brant attended John B. Stetson University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and later earned his J.D. from the Stetson University College of Law.
