Amy Boggs, Esq. (she/her/hers)

Amy Boggs is a seasoned litigation attorney who specializes in first party property insurance and bad faith claims in the State of Florida. Amy graduated summa cum laude as the Salutatorian of Stetson College of Law’s class of 2000. While at Stetson, she was a member of the editorial board of the Stetson Law Review and received the Top Course Grade “Book” Award in 7 courses. Amy was selected as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” in 2009 and 2010 and founded The Boggs Law Group in 2010. Amy was inspired to form a boutique style firm where every case is handled with personal care and attention. Amy has been appointed to serve as the chairwoman of FJA’s Property Insurance Section (2019-2020) and has served as Co-Chair of the St. Petersburg Bar Association’s Civil Trial Section since 2017. Amy lectures regularly throughout the state of Florida on property insurance issues.
