Michelle Feduccia, PE (she/her/hers)

Michelle Feduccia is a licensed Professional Engineer and a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is licensed Florida and several states throughout the southeast United States. Her training, experience and practice are within the realm of forensic engineering including but not limited to cause and origin investigations pertaining to water damage, wind damage, construction deficiencies, building envelope failures and damage resulting from subsurface mechanisms. Michelle is a qualified infrared thermographer and has managed and participated in multiple infrared surveys utilizing handheld and drone mounted infrared imaging devices to determine origin, cause and extent of moisture intrusion on roofs, building exteriors and building interiors for various types of construction. Michelle’s current role at J.S. Held is the Regional Lead for Forensic Architecture and Engineering in the state of Florida managing a group that includes engineers, architects and code professionals.
