Tiffany Rothenberg is a Partner at Kelley Kronenberg, and manages a business unit that specializes in commercial first-party property coverage and litigation. Tiffany represents commercial property & casualty insurance carriers in complex coverage disputes and bad faith claims. She has successfully resolved hundreds of multi-million dollar claims in her clients' favor, through summary judgment, alternative dispute resolution, and jury trial. Tiffany has experience practicing in state and federal courts in New York and Florida and has litigated both civil and criminal matters from inception through jury trial. Prior to representing carriers, Tiffany was a trial attorney for The Legal Aid Society in New York City.
