Jeff Warner, manager of the Commercial Property Large Loss team, works for Markel Service, Incorporated. With more than 25 years of claim handling experience, Jeff has an extensive and diverse background involving different lines of business and scenarios, but has primarily focused on commercial property claims. He has handled major losses involving coverage and valuation disputes, directed litigation claims, and other complex issues. Prior to joining Markel, Jeff was a Senior Complex Claims Director with an international carrier overseeing major loss files with a financial book in excess of $150 million in active losses. Jeff has held roles as a claim professional, reinspector, consultant, and manager with some leading domestic and international carriers. One of Jeff’s passions is mentoring others in a pursuit of claim excellence.
