Mr. Hengber concentrated his practice on the civil prosecution of fraudulent insurance claims and the defense of insurance matters, including bodily injury and property damage claims, both 1st and 3rd party, with a special emphasis on suspect and suspicious claims.
Mr. Hengber served as General Counsel and Executive Vice President of a Healthcare Technology company handling litigation of commercial and Intellectual Property matters in various State and Federal Courts, including the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr. Hengber returned to the firm in 2021 and picked up where he left off assisting insurance companies in the investigation, defense and litigation of suspect, suspicious and fraudulent claims, with a primary focus on 1st party Property claims, including Homeowners, Commercial, Personal Property and Automobile Windshield Glass claims. Mr. Hengber is an experienced Civil trial lawyer and litigator with over 25 years’ experience.
