Kelly Overstreet Johnson is a Florida lawyer and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit-Civil Mediator, Florida Supreme Court Qualified Arbitrator, and AAA arbitrator (commercial; large complex; employment). Ms. Johnson has over 40 years of litigation experience and over 15 years of experience as a mediator and arbitrator. She has a full-time mediation and arbitration practice with Overstreet Johnson Mediation & Arbitration, handling commercial and business disputes, insurance, employment, noncompetition agreements, probate, trust, general civil, tort, premises liability, nursing home, and health care.

Ms. Johnson proudly served as President of The Florida Bar in 2004-2005, the Tallahassee Bar Association (its first woman president in 1990-1991); and the Tallahassee Women Lawyers (1984-1985). She has served in the ABA House of Delegates and on the Executive Council of the ABA Litigation Section, and presently co-chairs the ADR committee for the ABA Section of Litigation. She recently concluded two terms on the Executive Council of The Florida Bar ADR Committee.
