Over the past three decades I have had personal involvement in thousands of insurance claims throughout the United States and its territories with over seven thousand of those being handled in the field of appraisal, three fourths of those as the umpire. I have experience in all types of losses and have been appointed as an umpire by, both, insurance companies and representatives for the insured and have finalized over one fourth of my assignments with signatures from all three parties involved. I have experience in claims involving hurricane, tornado, hail, fire, flood, water, mold, landslide, sinkholes, earthquake, and terrorism.

I am an All-Lines adjuster, a member of the WIND network and WIND certified umpire and appraiser, a FLDFS certified course instructor and have also been listed on the roster of appraisal umpires by the Texas Department of Insurance. I am a Florida DBPR certified general contractor and licensed home inspector as well as an associate member of the Tile Roofing Institute. TFCC maintains an active membership with the Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida and the Caribbean.
