A panel discussion with William F. “Chip” Merlin and Illon R. Kantro, who are well-versed in all first-party property damage claims issues. This presentation will be a one hour 45-minute discussion and debate on the statutory changes and the issues that have arisen since the passage of the two bills, and how the panelists respond to them.
